I'm Lauren, the owner of Lauren Salata Hair (along with my sweet salon dog, Betty). Over 15 years ago I realized my passion for beauty and the ability to instill confidence in an individual through their own hair. I specialize in hair extensions, balayage, and cutting. I enjoy the art of customizing styles for my clients while providing them with a welcoming, fun, luxurious environment to relax and enjoy some self-care. My clients love my intimate salon studio, watching their dream hair come to fruition. I strive to give each and every one of them a reason to come back - color, cut and extensions for every occasion!

I am passionate about education and staying on top of the latest trends, styles, and techniques so I take time to ensure I am always providing my clients with something new and fresh. My work has been featured in Chicago Sun Times, Modern Salon Magazine, and other local publications, as well as throughout social media. I've also had the pleasure of working with some of Chicago’s finest athletes and celebrities.
